The concept of quality is defined by our customers or
by the market in reference to our products and services.
It is our task to supplement these external demands
according to our company goals and to create the technical as well as
personnel requirements, so that all quality requirements can be met.
The commitment to "quality as executive
function" is our company policy.
To guarantee the realization of these
general quality guidelines, measurable quality goals have been defined
by us, the fulfillment of which gives us a clue as to the efficiency of
our QM-system.
To achieve 'Quality' in all areas of the company, the
understanding of the quality concept by all staff members has to be
fostered through regular information, based on the current quality
goals.
A quality steering committee has been set up, consisting of
authorized representatives of all departments, who discuss in regular
meetings (at least once quarterly) current quality problems.
Thus, a
uniform level of information is guaranteed throughout the company.
Furthermore, based on the authority of the committee, a fast response to
problematic situations is possible.
